This summer, we are looking for you who want to work in elderly care, support for people with disabilities, LSS operations, or health and medical care.

Job Responsibilities

Working with us means contributing to a safe and meaningful everyday life for our users. Your tasks will vary depending on the users' needs, interests, and daily condition. Some of the tasks include:

• Personal care: Assisting with hygiene, meals, and daily chores.
• Social support: Taking a walk, painting nails, playing games, or participating in activities together with the users.
• Health interventions: Supporting medical or rehabilitative efforts depending on your role and competence.

You will take responsibility while being part of an engaged team with other summer workers and experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old. (If you are 17 years old and have completed year 2 of the nursing program, you are welcome to apply for certain positions.)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are comfortable using digital technology in your work.

Specific requirements for certain positions:

• Driver's license: Required for work in the night patrol, several home care groups, and within support for people with disabilities.
• Support for people with disabilities: A police record extract is required.
• Health and medical care: HSL assistant: Experienced nursing assistant or student in the fourth or fifth semester of the nursing program with a driver's license.
• Nurse: Valid nursing license.

We offer you:

• Introduction meetings: Here you will gain knowledge about the operations, routines, and guidelines, as well as the opportunity to meet your colleagues, managers, and other summer substitutes.
• Training: Transfer techniques, medication delegation (for relevant roles).
• Guidance/introduction at the workplace: You will shadow an experienced colleague who shows you the tasks and provides support in your role.

Working hours are scheduled for days/evenings and every other weekend. Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period.
